How do i install anti spam for my hotmail account?

How do i install anti spam for my hotmail account? On a daily basis, i receive approximately 40 spam messages!

I must download an advanced anti spam blocker, I prefer the kind which the person who emails me will automatically receive a reply email stating they must enter a captcha to proceed, are there any you can recommend which are free?

Your hotmail account has Options. Go into them and re-set your "filter" (Security Settings) from Medium to High. 

The problem is that more good emails will get trapped by the filter. With Hotmail, it is better to just delete the 40 per day. It only takes 2 minutes and you don't have to re-check your SPAM inbox every day.
