Hotmail account is closed, what now?

My Hotmail linked to Game Center. A problem occurs, hotmail is no longer around, and it shows no record of that account for Microsoft e-mail. Like it never even existed. 

I have games saved in my Game Center, and need to switch the old hotmail e-mail to a new one that I use. Without losing my games. How do I do this?
